Matthew J. Ballard
Matthew J. Ballard was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 2002. His undergraduate and law degrees are from the University of Oklahoma (B.A. 1999; J.D. 2002). Mr. Ballard has been employed by Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold since 2008 and was made a member of the firm in 2011.
