Workers' Compensation

Rosenstein, Fist and Ringold’s workers’ compensation practice group is devoted to representing employers, their respective insurance carriers, and third party administrators before the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court. The workers’ compensation attorneys actively participate in assisting employers to reduce both the number of claims filed and the cost involved. The Firm advises employers on a variety of workers’ compensation issues including policies and procedures in managing claims, coordinating with certified work place plan providers, determinations in the authorization of medical treatment and payment of benefits, and preparing the claim for litigation.
