Jerry A. Richardson
Jerry A. Richardson
was
born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, January 15, 1958, and admitted to Oklahoma bar in 1983
and the Arkansas bar in 1989.
His undergraduate and law degree are from the University of Arkansas (B.A., with
honors, 1980; J.D., 1983). While in law school, Mr. Richardson was a staff
member of the Arkansas Law Review (1982-1983).
Mr. Richardson has been
employed by Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold since 1983.
In November of
2001, Mr. Richardson argued the case of
Owasso Independent School District v. Falvo on behalf of the Owasso
School District in the United States Supreme Court.
