E. Howland
was
born in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, December 20, 1950, and
admitted to Oklahoma bar in 1978. His undergraduate
education was at Washington University and the
University of Oklahoma (B.A., 1974) and law degree is
from the University of Oklahoma (J.D., 1978). He has
been employed by Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold since 1978
and was made a shareholder and director of the firm in
1983.
